Menu Bar Definitions

The Menu Bar is used to perform a variety of functions with Crew Companion. When clicking on the menu bars, some of the items may be unavailable. This is either because the appropriate item is not selected, or the feature is not yet available. Also look for Toolbar buttons, Shortcut Keys next to the selected menu item and when performing a Right Mouse Click.

	Backup/Restore – Backup and restore your information. Open Data Folder - Opens the folder where the user databases and log files are stored. Minimize to tray – minimizes the program to the system tray (near the clock) but keeps it running to allow for automated functions such as reserve pickup requests. Exit - Close and exit Crew Companion.
	Go To Month - Move to and view the previous or next month’s calendar Customize Current List - Add or remove column information in the Trip Trade Display Pane. Customize Summary - Refresh Specific Items - Refresh trip information for My Calendar, All Trips, Open Trips, Reserves Available, and Selected Trip Details. Daily Trade Report - View and Print Daily Trade or Big Pick reports. Terminal Window - open the Unimatic Terminal window. Skynet Window - opens the Skynet Window and automatically logs in using a password stored under Tools/Options/Logins & Passwords. Monthly Bid Files - View the latest monthly Bid File. Admin Messages - View Login Messages from eTripTrader and Skynet. Terminal Log – Displays the Terminal Log which contains information from the Unimatic terminal window.
	Show My Calendar - Display current month’s calendar in a graphical monthly calendar view. Show Calrec - Display current months calendar in raw data format. Show FFDO - Display current months Federal Flight Deck Officer (FFDO) information. Export to Outlook - Export calendar information to Outlook Calendar. Export to iCalendar - Export calendar information to iCalendar. Add/Edit Event - Add an event to a specific date. Line Builder Mode - Enter and Exit Line Builder mode.
	New Smart Trade List - Opens New Smart Trade dialog box to create Smart Trades. Submit Trades - Submit trade requests to Skynet. Check Legality - Check legality of a trip on Skynet. Submit This Trade Only - Submit the current trade request. Duplicate Trade - Copies an existing Smart Trade. Edit Smart Trade List - Edit the selected Smart Trade request. Rename - Rename the selected trade request. Create Trade Board Post – Deletes a Bulletin Board Post associated with a Smart Trade request. Delete - Deletes the selected trade request. Note: This action cannot be undone without recreating the trade request. Move Up in List - Move the selected trade request up in the list. Move Down in List - Move the selected trade request down in the list. View Proposal – Displays the Pilot-to-Pilot window which shows the status and proposed text.
	Trade Into – Creates a direct trade request for the selected trip. Trade Away – Creates a direct trade away request from the selected trip. Trade Away Using Smart List - Trade away the selected trip in the My Trip list and create a New Smart Trade. Add to Trade – Adds a selected trip to an existing trade. Remove from Trade – Removes a selected trip from a proposed trade. Propose Pilot-to-Pilot Trade – Create a trade proposal for the selected trip to a specific pilot. Show Details - Display and print Trip Details (Dspdsl, Namdsl, and Pltid), Raw data, and Bulletin Board Post data (if applicable) Mark as Read - Mark individual displayed trip as Read. Mark as Unread - Mark individual displayed trip as Unread. Mark All as Read - Mark all displayed trips as read. Global Trip Filter - Add a global trip filter. Global Trip List to Excel - Export current Trip List to Excel. Global Trip List to CSV - Export currernt Trip List to CSV format.
	New Trade Board Post – Create a New Trade Board Post. Save All –Save ALL Trade Board Posts. Save –Save current Trade Board Post. Edit–Edit current Trade Board Post. Rename –Rename current Trade Board Post. Delete– Delete current Trade Board Post.
	New Notification Criteria Set – Create a new notification criteria Duplicate – Copy an existing notification and defined criteria Edit – Edit an existing notification Rename – Rename an existing notification Delete – Delete an existing notification Notification Settings – Opens the Tools, Options, Notifications dialog box.
	Seniority Analyzer - View Bump Bids and Predict the Future ! Get Trip Details For- Display and Print Trip Details for a specific ID, Date, Dspdsl, or Pltid. Get Hotels For - Display and Print otel information for a specific Airport. Get Pilot Brief For- Display and Print Pilot Brief for a specific trip. Get Door Codes For- Display and Print Door Codes for specific station. 1-Click Preflight- Display and Print complete trip details for a specific flight. Synchronize with SkyNet - Daily Trades - Synchronize Daily Trade and Big Pick with SkyNet. Launch Web Site - Easy access to launch the Crew Companion, eTripTrader, Skynet, and AirlinePilotCentral.com web sites. Options - Set and modify Crew Companion and user settings for Personal Information, Logins and Passwords, Refresh, Notifications, Misc. and 1-Click Preflight.
