How to Create a Direct Trade Request

When you have found an Available Trip you want, there are many ways to create the trade.

With any of these options, the trip will snap to the proper location and in the Trade Pane area of the Trips & Trade Display Pane. If the trip overlaps other trips in your calendar, they will be removed from the calendar and Trade Away will appear in the Trade Pane area. If there are no trips to trade away, Into is the selection in the Summary Pane.

The trip you dragged over shows blue in your calendar to indicate it is a temporary change that has not been processed on SkyNet or Unimatic. Also note that the monthly summary information shows the results in blue of the proposed trip trades. Be sure to verify if “This line is legal” or “This line is NOT legal”. Click Details if you have questions on why the line is NOT legal. If you decide not to attempt the trade, simply click Clear in the Summary Pane.
