Troubleshooting Installation Issues

If you are unable to download and install Crew Companion

The normal installer will detect whether your machine has the prerequisites installed and if not, will download and install them for you. If that process does not perform correctly, you can download and install those yourself directly from Microsoft.

• Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
  • If an error occurs during the install process for the .Net Framework, download and run the .NET Framework cleanup tool and then attempt to reinstall the .Net Framework 2.0 using the link above.
• Microsoft SQL Server Compact 3.5
• Microsoft Visual J# Redistributable Package
• Then, download and install the Latest Crew Companion version
