Prerequisites

Are you a UAL pilot or flight attendant?

You MUST be a current UAL pilot or flight attendant to access Crew Companion. Before allowing you access to any trip data, it must successfully pull a Calrec or Dsplof for you using the information provided.

Are you installing on a Mac?

Crew Companion is a Windows-based program, you need to either have the Apple Bootcamp software that allows you to dual-boot to Windows or you need to run a Windows emulator program such as VMWare Fusion or Parallels. See our Apple Mac Support Webpage for more information.

Minimum System Requirements

Crew Companion will required the following minimum system requirements.

  • Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista (32 or 64 bit), Windows 7 (32 or 64 bit)
  • 1024 x 768 screen resolution. (Smaller screen resolutions supported but scrolling is required)
  • 500 MB RAM (memory)
  • 100 MB Free Hard Disk Space
